the waxing was great, the aesthetician has 17 years experience. However, on another day my cat followed my baby and son to the salon and there was a loose dog there and I asked them if my cat could wait in a back room while my son got his haircut and a blond hairdresser said no. so i said "the dog can be in here loose but the cat is not allowed?" and she said yes and that the cat needed to be crated. I told her she was prejudiced and left. It was upsetting that she did not even try to keep my business, try to understand why my cat was there ( i have never brought my cat in a business place, this was an unusual and rare situation) offer coming on a different day when the dog was not present. she did not try to work with me at all, her customer service was a big turn off.
Came in as a walk in on the weekend so I can understand being busy. After saying they were booked however, made no attempt to schedule in the future even when asked. Very dismissive interaction.
